HOW TO: Get the perfect manicure with benecos
With our new benecos Nail Care products, achieving happy nails with the salon finish from home has never been easier. Follow our step-by-step guide for your best manicure yet:
1. Base
The key to a long-lasting, beautiful manicure is ensuring your nails are clean and dry, free from your hand’s natural oils. Remove any excess nail product with our benecos Nail Polish Remover and wash your hands with soap (we recommend our benecos BIO Hand Soaps, of course!) and warm water to ensure a clean slate to work with.
2. Shape
Creating your desired nail shape has been made easy with the benecos Manicure Sticks made of birch wood and the benecos Nail Files made of sandpaper. Use the flat end of the Manicure Stick to push back your cuticles and the pointed end to clean your nails. Take the coarser side of the Nail File to shape and smooth any imperfections, whilst the fine side is perfect for creating a flawlessly even texture, especially around the tips.
3. Base
Use the benecos Kaolin Nail Repair as a strong base coat, it turns ridged, uneven nails into a smooth, healthy manicure. Developed with white clay and formulated with 87% natural ingredients, this nail repair creates an elegant appearance with added reliance and shine to ensure your manicure’s longevity, while also nourishing and repairing your nails. You can also use our Happy Nails Nail Polish in the shade Crystal if you prefer a classic base coat.
4. Colour
Now for the fun part! Choose your favourite colour from our Happy Nails Nail Polish collection, whether you fancy a vibrant red, deep purple, or bright pink, we have 23 beautiful colours to choose from. While you’re there, check out our three new additions to our Nail Polish family that are Cotton Candy, Lovely Lavender, and Sage Green. Dip your brush in, and wipe any excess polish off, to ensure a thin coat of colour. The benecos brush ensures efficient spreadability. Apply from the middle, cuticle-area of the nail in a smooth, downward stroke, then repeat this motion to the left and to the right. Our quick-drying formula makes layering for maximum colour payoff easy, so repeat with one more coat after your nails have dried for maximum opacity.
5. Sealed
Once your nails have completely dried, seal in your beautiful nail colour with the benecos Happy Nails Nail Polish shade Crystal as a clear topcoat to ensure longer durability.
6. Care
Keep your nails nourished and your hands soft and supple with one of our natural and organic Hand Creams. The caring ingredients, like organic shea butter, in our formulas will prevent the area around your nails from becoming dry or cracked, which in turn increases the wear time of your new nail colour.
If you tend to have brittle, splintering nails, the water- and air-permeable benecos Nail Hardener with nourishing bamboo extract is the perfect solution for you. The vegan formula nourishes and strengthens your nails, helping them become stronger and more resilient with a beautiful shine. Tests confirm that after regular use, the thickness of the nail plate and the nail matrix increases.
The 20-FREE formula has been developed to produce intensive coverage, with a short drying time, beautiful shine, and excellent spreadability, without harmful, toxic, or synthetic chemicals. The following ingredients are not used:
